The 19th Singapore PC fair

There has a long time I didnt update my Blog. Due to my work is busy, always need to do the enhancement on the NTUC income Intranet OrgNet System. But don't worry, I will update some posts regarding the 19th PC fair which is organised at SunTec City this Thursday until Saturday. I think I will only go there with my friends during the weekend.

Bing.com - New search enginee

Until a day, the most popular search enginee as we known is "GOOGLE". We just type "www.google.com", then start to find the information based on the keyword that you entered.

Now here has a new contemporary search enginee which is provided by Microsoft called as "BING". Bing is a web search engine created by Microsoft that replaces Live Search. Unveiled by Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer on May 28, 2009, at the All Things D conference in San Diego, Bing is a replacement for Live Search, and will go live worldwide by June 3, 2009.[1]

Notable improvements in general searches include the addition of related searches (called "Explorer pane" on the left side of search results) based on semantic technology from PowerSet, a search company Microsoft purchased in 2008, search suggestions as you type, and the ability to keep track of your search history.[2]

Comedy: 陈内智则小品

Last a few days, my dear introduced some video clips to let my enjoy it. The title is "陈内智则小品". Although the language of these video clip has been converted from Japanese to Shanghainese, the video is very funny and nice. Also these video clips provided the Chinese subtitle. Thus, don't be worry when watching this comedy video.

Meal: Siam Kitchen at Bugis Junction

Faye Lim, Chen Chai and I went to Iluma again to watch the other movie, called as "Angels and Demons". I think that I not need describe how the movie was, of course everyone will enjoy this movie soon. Also, that day was a first time Chen Chai met my "1st mother", FayeLim. Lucky both of them were talkative, otherwise I've to be a 中间人.

As our dinner, we decided to choose "SIAM KITCHEN" restaurant due to Chen chai gave a high recommandation with it. Of course I wanna tried how the taste was after heard Chen Chai's words. The environment was nice, also the waiter treated the customers, including three of us as well.


Tom yam soup with "Siam Kitchen"

During my dinner, I ordered a portion of "Thai traditional Seafood with Fired Rice". FayeLim and Chen Chai has ordered a portion of "Seafood with Thai Sauce Fired Rice" and "Fillet Chop with Special Thai Sauce" for each other. Meanwhile, we also ordered a bowl of "Tom Yam Soup" and some drinks.

Overall of this meal, there was nice especially a Tom Yam soup, it was nice to taste because it was fully with origin thai herb and seafood. Also the seafood was very juicy, prawns were relatively big. Yum yum... Three of us rushed to taste the Tom Yam Soup and each other meal because we were very hungry after watched the movie.

Everything was done just nice, it would have been perfect if only the portion were bigger, but I guess you can’t have everything everytime. Also the price was averange, around SGD 10++.

As to me, I cant make it. But he... Amazing and unbelieveable.

Movie: Star Trek

My friends and I have enjoyed "Star trek" movie last week. It was cool, fantastic and nice. Before it, I thought it is a bored movie because I'm not a fan with "Star trek" drama. Also, I heard my friend who said this move is a "low budget" movie. Lucky I didn't listen his word, otherwise I will regret it.

We purposely went to the Illuma Mall which is a new shopping mall opened last a few weeks. That's impressive because it was huge, and also has an escalator from ground floor to 4Th floor. Although there don't have so much shops opened during that time, I believe the business will be grown after a couple of weeks to make the competitive with BUGIS JUNCTION. ^_^
