Star trek

My friends and I have enjoyed "Star trek" movie last week. It was cool, fantastic and nice. Before it, I thought it is a bored movie because I'm not a fan with "Star trek" drama. Also, I heard my friend who said this move is a "low budget" movie. Lucky I didn't listen his word, otherwise I will regret it.

We purposely went to the Illuma Mall which is a new shopping mall opened last a few weeks. That's impressive because it was huge, and also has an escalator from ground floor to 4Th floor. Although there don't have so much shops opened during that time, I believe the business will be grown after a couple of weeks to make the competitive with BUGIS JUNCTION. ^_^

- Good Animation, Act and easy to understand what the movie is representing. GOOD!!

Meal: V8 Cafe (Bugis Junction)

Since Faye Lim, Xin Hui and Yen ting came back from their vacation at Bali Island last week. That's a time to let us gather together last Saturday. Once we can share the Bali Story, also I can get the souvenir from Faye Lim. HEHE...

On that day, we took Fen Ming's idea that enjoying our dinner at "V8 CAFE" which is located at Bugis Junction. Due to whatever she recommand to us, it is sure at least 80% can be accepted.

Basically I very like to eat spaghetti, otherwise I won't always took spaghetti as my dinner when I was at UK last 2 years ago. I tried a lot of different spaghetties from hawker stall, catering, buffet, until restaurant at the every place I've belong before. So that day, I've ordered a portion of "Pernankan" spaghetti which was fully served with small shrimp and potatos wedges.

As to "Pernankan" spaghetti, it was delightful, even the prawn was juicy and tasty, but the quantity of prawns are little. It should be great if there served more instead of only 2 prawns in one portion. Anyway, the potatos wedges were crispier than what we eaten at KFC. Also, it was providing with a lot of cheese and mayonnaise to the potatos wedges. With these sauce, the taste of potato wedges became more delicious.

With these two meals, I would recommend myself and my frinds will come to enjoy the other meals at this restaurant again. Also, the price is bot bad since it only costs me around SGD 13++.

Meal: Billy Bombers (Jurong Point)

At last week, I came out to meet my old second schoolmate, Chong Keat, at Jurong Point. To be frank, he was nothing much to change after 5 or 6 years when we graduated from Chung Ling high school in 2001. Plus, he becomes more mature as I expected. Haha...

We went to Jurong Point due to the location is near for both of us since I've moved to Jurong East, and Chong keat stayed at Chua Chu Kang. Not knowing what meal should we ordered, we simply entered one of restuarant, called as "Billy Bombers" in Jurong point.

Because there has only two of us, so we ordered the meal in seperately. As to me, I ordered a big portion of "Full set of Burger" and "Milk shake", and the other portion of "Pork chop" for Chong Keat. "Full set of Burger" was serving with a roasted chicken and ham which is pretty nice to keep the fresh. Other than meat, there are egg, vege, tomato and bun. Of course, I served myself with chili sauce that made the taste became more spicy. Again, I like the spicy food.

Is it thick enough?

Although the taste was quite good, the price was quite expensive. It costs me around SGD30++. For the environment, it was great if you made the dating with your girlfriend or gathering with your friends.

Today (10/05/2009) is a Mother's Day that celebrated to honor all mothers and express gratitude for the hardships they bear in bringing up a child. Thus not only I will celebrate it, everyone who is staying at earth will also concern on it. Please showing your caring to your mother, no matter how the difficult is or where you are.

As to me, I have made a call and said "Happy Mother day" to my mother. At the same time, I also chit chat with my mother around 30 mins. So, have you already done it? Please quickly do it to your mother if you haven't done it, she will glad to hear it.. :)

Movie: Transformer: Revenge of the Fallen

I can't keep waiting this movie that I always watched when I was small. Once it has been promoted at Cinema next month, I will try to be the 1st person to enjoy it.  YES!!!

Revenge is coming..... Nobody can't be escaped.

My 2 days of Training Session + INSPECTION of swine flu.

I have my bored training at NTUC income HQ by today and yesterday. But before I mention it, I would to say about the SWINE flu (H1N1) that always be announced by government via media, including SINGAPORE. Everyone who has been anywhere have been pretty much familiar with it, including my company has setup a counter to check everyone temperature before enter the building. Everyone who is OK will be stamped with a sticker which shown as below. ALAMAK... it can't be a joke anymore.

Alright, back to my topic. This 2 days training will introduce what the functionality and policy of NTUC INCOME that compulsory us to follow before I'm against with law. As my duty has always touched the customer information, there are not allow me to "dispose" any information that I have made. Otherwise, curry rice will become my daily meal in future. =.='' I think you should know what I'm talking about.

Of course, this course is very damn boring, but I still need to finish it. =.=''


The presentation within these 2 days

Before end of the training, I have been sent to ICT (Information Communication Technology) centre for security and communication training which is located at Tampines. The operation within ICT also needed to me emphasis due to the system I enhance at this moment will be using by operators.


My note and chocolates to allow me "survive" during the training.

ALAMAK... I think my next a few months won't be a good day to me take a rest. @.@
